Sticks and Stones

Alright, this is a drawing of one of my random characters, Mariss. She's based after one of my friends, who is VERY athletic, but has had trouble in the past making friends with girls because they thought she was a stupid brute or something, and guys wouldn't date her because she was too much like one of them. She ended up quitting her favourite sport because of a crush on a boy who she thought wouldn't like her otherwise. *sighs*

But anyway! Mariss ends up becoming friends with the shy sister of the school's reclusive "hottie", and he grows to like her because she doesn't pursue him like his fans. Or something. And 'cause she's fit, I guess. XD They're a pair. The usual romance story, blah blah blah...

Anyway, so here's Mariss--a montage to how, despite what people say, she's a stronger person than that. Of course, she's also very physical, so that's what she would say. o.O;
